To access the members area you will need to speak to your Sensei about an account. Once you have a username and password you will be able to log in to view information and videos to assist you in your karate.
A black belt and white belt are the same. White belt is the beginning of technique, black belt is the beginning of understanding. Both are beginner belts. - Hironori Otsuka
