This class is to compliment our existing children's classes in the Tunbridge Wells area.
We invite all students from 16 years and above who would like to explore the 'art' of karate.
This is initially a 4 week taster course and we will aim to show you the key aspects of karate at a pace that you are comfortable with.
As your confidence and fitness improve you'll be suprised at what you can achieve.
This course is open to Mums and Dads, (stay one step ahead of the kids), those who want to find something different, maybe to improve fitness and stretch the mind.
Stay safe and recognise situations to avoid.
