Meopham Competition October 2011
Today we set off on a frosty morning to Meopham and everyone arrived on time.
For many it was their first open competition and they were there to get experience at a big competition.
Despite the look of the boys everyone had a great time and they all performed their kata well and were a credit to CMA.
They had all listened to what they were asked to do and practiced hard before the competition and all the hard work paid off. Nerves are always hard to control and that's just the parents! All competitiors performed their katas strongly and confidently.
Although we went for experience this team won three bronze medals. Chloe won bronze in the 16 to 18 year section and Bailey and Mathew won bronze in the boys kata.
Well done everyone.
